Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made under this Agreement are final and non-refundable, including inventory payments, technology services fees, and other charges specified in the invoice.

Advance Payments: Full payment is required in advance as per the invoice issued by DataGride. Services will commence only after payment is received and confirmed.

Inventory Payments: Payments for inventory must be made in advance before procurement or sourcing begins. These payments are non-refundable, even if inventory remains unsold or if there are performance issues.

Advertising Fees: Any fees for paid advertising campaigns must be paid in advance according to invoice terms. These fees are non-refundable.

Technology and Software Services: All fees related to technology and software services, including but not limited to development, maintenance, customization, and support, must be paid in advance. These payments are non-refundable. Software services will be provided based on the agreed scope of work, and any changes or additional requirements will be subject to additional charges.

Service Availability and Performance: DataGride does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of technology services. Any scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtime will be communicated in advance where possible.

Software Updates and Changes: DataGride reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any software services at any time. Clients will be notified of major updates or changes that could impact their use of the services.

Invoice Details: The invoice will include a breakdown of all charges. The Client must review the invoice and confirm the accuracy of all charges before making payment.

Inventory Non-Refundable Terms: Inventory payments are non-refundable. If the store is closed for any reason, DataGride will not be held responsible. All inventory provided is sourced from authentic, authorized suppliers or brands.

Service Delivery Time: Post-payment, delivery of services will take approximately 25-30 days, which includes purchasing, courier service, receiving, and uploading products to stores.
